Janny Day

About 3 years ago I began experiencing terrible gut problems.
After late a meal I had stomach pains and felt very tired. My doctor sent me to a gastroenterologist who suggested I try going gluten free. As soon as I changed my diet my symptoms disappeared. So I stayed on a strict gluten and dairy free diet. One day I noticed an advert about the Zen Eat Free product.
I was planning on a trip overseas and knew it would be hard travelling on a gluten free diet. So I was keen to try anything that would offer a cure. I did the 90 day course and have been completely cured.
I can now eat anything with gluten and have not have any bad after effects. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to be gluten free.
I found the product not nice to take but I did get used to it. I used to clean my teeth straight after taking the product and that really helped.

My journey:
Day 1 made up the glass with the scoop of Zen Eat Free added took the first sip.
I let it sit for quite a while before I took a mouthful and it gone sort of jelly like.
I forced it down reaching with every sip
Day 2 made up this brew and just skulled it in 3 mouthfuls, that was a lot easier
Day 3 did the same again but cut down on the water volume to make it easer to gulp down in 3 mouthfuls.
Ok I got this, its not so bad now I got this 3-mouthful system sorted.
30 days in I’m starting to have a pretty full-on reaction to this now. All the symptoms of gluten reaction going on, the body rash, the blisters on my feet and the diarrhea
I decided that I am prepared to go through all this one last time if it means I can ditch this dam gluten free diet forever.
I had the faith!
Day 60 reactions have subsided and I’m doing half a slice of gluten bread toasted toast every morning now.
No reaction at all, wow this is actually working, did half a slice for a week then decided to up it to a full slice of bread toasted for the next week. No issues at all so upped it to 2 slices.
Day 80 ok I have no issues at all with the bread so time to try a steak and cheese pie. Didn’t realize how much I had missed a good old meat pie, it was delicious.
Again, no reaction and I’m over the moon happy about doing this program now.
Day 90 ok I’m full-on eating anything I want now, I have gluten every single day in some form,
the only disappointment I have is my memory of all the takeaway foods from 20 years ago is way above what it actually tastes like, its horrible rubbish I wont be eating any of that again, will have to settle for making my own at home.
Conclusion:
This Zen Eat Free stuff absolutely worked for me.
If you can master the motivation and drive to persevere and do the 90-day program then its probably going to work for you as well.

Glen Fletcher

Hi my name is Glen.
For the last 20 years I have been putting up with hemorrhoids when ever I have a bowel movement and after the BM i would experience bleeding and excruciating pain in my stomach and rectum for the next hour or two and over this time most of the doctors have told me to make sure I have a high fiber diet and they would always normally prescribe me with panadol and ibuprofen for pain and anusol for the hemorrhoids also over this time I have had two colonoscopys that had come back with no results. Then earlier this year I had found out about Zen and how it cures gluten deficiency and how most people who have been told that they have Irritable Bowel Syndrome or Crohns disease could actually just be because they are gluten intolerant so this is how I decided to try Zen Eat Free and it does taste a bit weird and can stick to your teeth but I just kept rinsing my mouth with a hot tea and persisted taking after 2 months I had already started noticing alot of changes and improvement and after 3 and a half months I seem to be cured as I am no longer have any blood in my stools or later after a bowel movement.
I highly recommend this product for anyone who has been having any of these issues I have mentioned as there is no side effects with Zen Eat Free unlike anything the doctors prescribed
