  1. Product Description: ZEN Eat Free is a gut reset designed to support relief from symptoms often linked to gluten sensitivity, food intolerances, and microbiome imbalances. It is important to note that individual results may vary, and the Product is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  2. Consultation and Medical Advice: After using the Product, individuals with gluten intolerance are strongly advised to note the changes they feel in themselves. If a problem found please contact to Customer care for further assistance.The Product is not intended to replace medical treatment.
  3. Purchase and Payment: When purchasing the Product, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Payment is required before the Product is shipped or made available for download. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
  4. Shipping and Delivery: For physical products, we will make every effort to ship the Product in a timely manner. Shipping times may vary based on location. Digital Details will be made available for download after successful payment.
  5. Return and Refund Policy: 

    Due to the nature of our product as a consumable health supplement, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the product has been opened or used. Refunds are not provided for reasons such as taste preference, individual sensitivity, as every body responds differently. 

    In rare cases where a product arrives damaged, we offer a replacement at our discretion. To be eligible, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
