About an hour after your final meal of the day, get your ZEN Eat Free ready. It should be the last thing you consume before bed.

Shot + Chaser style (recommended)
Start with 1 scoop for the first 2-3 days to let your body ease into it
Then move up to 2 scoops mixed into 50-100ml of warm water (not boiling)
Drink it quickly, like a shot
Follow with a full glass of warm water
Optional: add a small amount of honey to the shot. A few grains settling at the bottom is completely normal. We have left out artificial mixing agents to keep ZEN 100% natural. Just stir, sip.
Alternative method

Mix 2 scoops into 300-400ml of warm (tea-temperature) water and sip slowly. Most prefer the shot method for ease and taste.

No food until morning

After taking ZEN Eat Free, avoid any more food until morning. This gives the botanicals uninterrupted time to work while your body rests.

Every night for 90 days

Use daily for 90 days to complete your gut reset protocol. Consistency is everything: the 3-phase protocol works best when taken every night without gaps.

Using warm water is essential: it activates the botanicals and supports gentle absorption. Cold water reduces effectiveness.
