How to use

Zen Eat Free

Step 1 :

Timing

About an hour after your final meal of the day, get your Zen Eat Free ready.

Step 2 :

Method

Use the included spoon to measure two scoops of Zen Eat Free and stir into 300–400 ml of hot, tea-temperature water.

If you find the taste too strong, you can sweeten it naturally—try adding a small amount of honey, and adjust to your liking.

See a few grains at the bottom? Totally normal! Just add a little more water and give it a quick stir with a spoon—it'll dissolve easily. We’ve left out artificial mixing agents on purpose to keep ZEN Eat Free 100% natural.

Step 3:

Overnight Fast

After taking Zen Eat Free, avoid any more food until morning.

Step 4:

Repeat

Repeat For 90 days.
